1. About the service
Kaliwave is a SEO/GEO content automation SaaS published by Pixel Consulting (sole proprietorship, NIF 4 001 682 173, Antananarivo, Madagascar). It enables the generation, optimisation and publication of articles to CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and social networks.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the service and creating an account, the user unconditionally accepts these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.
3. Account access
To use Kaliwave, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity carried out under your account. Registration is restricted to individuals with the legal capacity to enter into contracts (minimum age: 18).
4. Plans and pricing
- Free: 1 article/month — free
- Starter: 10 articles/month — €29/month
- Pro: 100 articles/month — €79/month
Prices are shown exclusive of taxes. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Dodo Payment. Pixel Consulting reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice by email.
5. Payment
Payments are securely processed by Dodo Payment. Kaliwave does not store any card data. In case of payment failure, access to paid features may be suspended.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from the date of subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason. To do so, contact us at hello@kaliwave.com.
This right of withdrawal does not apply if you have expressly requested the performance of the service before the end of the withdrawal period and the service has been fully performed.
7. Refund policy
Kaliwave offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the product is not right for you, for any reason whatsoever, you may request a full refund within 14 days of subscribing by contacting hello@kaliwave.com. No justification is required and no conditions apply.
8. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account area (Settings → Subscription) or by contacting hello@kaliwave.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refund is granted except under the 14-day money-back guarantee above.
Pixel Consulting reserves the right to cancel or suspend an account in case of breach of these Terms, misuse or attempted fraud.
9. Intellectual property and generated content
Content generated by AI through Kaliwave is provided to the user for use in their business. The user is responsible for reviewing, ensuring compliance of, and publishing the generated content. Pixel Consulting does not guarantee the accuracy, originality or error-free nature of AI-generated content.
10. Limitation of liability
Kaliwave is provided "as is". Pixel Consulting shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, data loss or business interruption resulting from the use or inability to use the service. Pixel Consulting's total liability is limited to amounts paid by the user in the last 3 months.
11. Service availability
Pixel Consulting endeavours to keep the service available 24/7 but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
12. Changes to terms
Pixel Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Malagasy law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Antananarivo, Madagascar, unless mandatory laws applicable in the user's country of residence provide otherwise.
